THE ARRIVAL of the snow and wintry weather conditions has depleted Ireland of its bread, milk and television show audiences.
One thing that the snow has not taken away, however, is the Irish sense of humour.
The country came close to bartering blood, sweat and tears for a slice of bread as supermarket shelves were left empty due to road closures holding the paths for deliveries.
One person who made good use of the lack of bread for the use of humour is Holly Kirby, an NCAD student.
The 21-year-old put her excess Brennan's bread papers to fashion a bikini. Talk about smart recycling?
The bikini reached more than 2,000 likes on Instagram and fans on Twitter were loving it.
This Beast from East has given us the Brennans Bikini Girl and a JCB destroying a Lidl in a single day. Hope it never stops x
