More than 500,000 attend Dublin's St Patrick's Day parade

HUNDREDS of thousands of people turned out for yesterday's St Patrick's day parade in Dublin with an estimated 500,000 people flocking to the city for the festivities.

This year’s grand marshall was former Westlife star Nicky Byrne.
