The body of a young man has been found in Waterford.
The male, believed to be in his 30s, was discovered this afternoon shortly before 1.30pm at a house in the Ardkeen area.
The Office of the State Pathologist has been notified and Gardai are treating the death as suspicious.
A spokesman for an Garda Síochána said: "A post-mortem examination is expected to be carried out tomorrow, the results of which will determine the course of a Garda investigation.
"The local Coroner has also been notified.
"The investigation is ongoing and updates will follow."
