Ireland’s Forgotten Tea Dance

St Pat’s revellers can dance the night away to sounds of yesteryear at the Mayo Suite in StPatrick’s Hall in Coatbridge. The popular tea dance kicks off at 5.30pm. For tickets contact St Patrick’s Hall on 01236 6016116.

Family Irish Céilí

Traditional Irish music and dance led by Coatbridge’s St. Patrick’s branch of Comhaltas Ceoltóirí Éireann at St Patrick’s Hall. Kicks off at7.30pm,tickets £3for adults and £1 for children.Contact 01236 6016116.

Saturday March 14

Family Fun Day

From 11am, Coatbridge town centre is transformed into a vibrant, colourful carnival in honour of St Patrick’s Day. Music and dance is on offer from two stages, located at the bottom of St. John Street and next to the Quadrant Centre.

The Wakes

Glasgow folk band will play the Media Bar in Main Street, Coatbridge from 7.15pm, with doors open from 6.45pm. Tickets £7 and the concert is set to close the town’s bustling festival with a bang.
