THIS would be an easy one to put a bet on when it comes to guessing the length of the best man’s speech!
Instead of doing the traditional and grabbing a microphone to deliver their best man's speech, Mayo brothers Alan and Anthony Mulligan opted to convey their wishes to the bride and groom though a short film, which they wrote and directed.
Alan told Her.ie: “When our brother asked us to be best men we wanted to do something different for him, especially since our mother had passed away almost 10 years ago and Paul is the first in a family of five kids to get married”.
As part of the 18-minute video, they called on their family to acted in the video including their Dad, the groomsmen, family friends and their neighbour’s son.
They showed the video at the wedding at the Castle Dargan Hotel in Sligo on April 20.
The newlyweds Paul and Aisling Mulligan are currently on their honeymoon in Thailand.
