Watch: Korean man hilariously schools tourists on how to speak ‘Dublinese’ in Ireland

DIALECT fanatic ‘Korean Billy’ has hundreds of videos online teaching accents from across Britain – and now he’s given Ireland the YouTube treatment.

The young Korean man has already brought the likes of the Scouse, Geordie, Mancunian and Glaswegian accents to his thousands of followers from across the world.

Billy’s latest video crosses the Irish Sea to tackle ‘the most popular dialect in the Republic of Ireland – Dublinese.’

His attempts at explaining phrases such as what’s the craic, I’m Lee Marvin, and a ‘pack of crips’ will leave you in stitches.

The YouTuber also explains that the word ‘deadly’ in Dublin means ‘that is very good.’

He finally touches on booze-related phrases, adding: “People from Ireland like to drink, so you’ll be seeing plenty of people who are banjoed. In that case, just join them and get banjoed together!”

On his official Facebook page, Billy explains: “I am a Korean guy who is living in Seoul, South Korea.

“I love British culture and British English, and as I am quite interested in various kinds of dialect, I usually make videos about British dialects.

“I lived in Preston, Lancashire for about six months as an exchange student, so I could meet a lot of northerners while living there, and learn much about British dialects.”
