Mischievous toddler baking with grandma has everyone in stitches in hilarious recipe video

WHEN YOU'RE a child, baking with your grandmother is one of those cherished memories you'll keep forever-- but it's not usually this chaotic.

A two-year-old boy and his grandmother have gone viral worldwide as one of their baking videos found its way to social media, and it's one of the cutest, most hilarious things you've ever seen.

Toddler Cade has been learning how to bake-- as many of us have during lockdown-- and his doting grandmother is with him every step of the way.

(And it's a good thing she's there to keep an eye on things, as you're about to see.)

With Cade still learning about patience, politeness and not to eat raw eggs or butter, his Grandma has her hands full as she tries to teach him how to bake cookies.

As they pour sugar into the bowl, Cade grabs a fistful of it and shoves it in his mouth before she can stop him.

The same thing happens with a full stick of butter, and brown sugar, and even a raw egg.

Despite Grandma's explanations that these things aren't meant to be eaten yet, she's left doubled up with laughter at the way he consistently grabs for the ingredients and fights to eat them-- and everyone who has watched the video, which now has millions of views, has been left in stitches too.

The video was originally uploaded to the Instagram account @littlechefcade but has since found its way to every corner of social media, including Sinéad O'Connor's Twitter account.

And the original video is even longer-- showing Cade trying to eat his way through more flour, sugar, cinnamon and raisins-- you can check that out below.
