Boy, 14, seriously injured after stabbing

THE teenager was found on the street in north London.

The 14-year-old had to be airlifted to hospital after wounds inflicted on him with a knife.

The teenager was on the Fairbridge Road in Islington when authorities were alerted to his injuries.

Speaking to Metro, a spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police said "Officers and London’s Air Ambulance attended at the scene where a 14-year-old boy was found suffering from a number of stab wounds.

"He was taken by Air Ambulance to an east London hospital. We await an update on his condition. ‘A crime scene is in place. The boy’s family is aware."
