QANON CONSPIRACY theorists believe that the “greening” of the White House was not designed as a celebration of St Patrick’s Day but rather a message indicating Donald Trump’s imminent return as president.
Followers of the widely-debunked conspiracy group believe Trump will return as president and round-up the cabal of high profile stars and political figures they believe double as vampiric paedophiles.
Many had expected Trump to gatecrash Biden’s inauguration as part of the scheme in an event dubbed “The Storm”. When that didn’t happen, some believers attempted to recalibrate the plan, claiming instead that Biden was in on it or, more bizarrely still, that it wasn’t actually Biden.
It is tradition for the White House to be bathed in green light on March 17, as part of the Global Greening initiative established to celebrate the Irish diaspora around the world.
However, QAnon has latched onto the custom as an indicator of something else.
According to Newsweek, the channel QNewsTV, which has 53,000 subscribers on the Telegram social media platform, shared a picture of the White House bathed in green with the caption “we are winning big”.
The report says many QAnon supporters believe the St Patrick’s greening was actually a signal their “plan” is still going ahead – despite mounting evidence to the contrary.
To their way of thinking, the colour green was actually, much like a traffic light, an indicator of “go” with the next phase of their uprising set the unfold in the days that followed.

"Look what I just found. St Patrick's Day 'coincidence'? Hmmm?" They captioned the picture.
However, the most outlandish St Patrick’s Day claim came over on We The Media another Telegram channel with an even bigger following of some 200,000 subscribers.
They highlighted a St. Patrick's Day wine sale at the Trump Winery in Virginia as a cryptic message tthat the great plan was going ahead.
We The Media argued it could not simply be coincidence that the Trump Winery "just happens to be having a 17% off deal on wines on the day associated with the color green".
The coincidental links between St Patrick’s Day are likely to keep coming, particular as the day of celebration for Ireland’s patron saint falls on March 17th.
The number 17 is of huge significant to QAnon “believers” as Q is, of course, the 17th letter of the alphabet.
