THE first trailer for the Jimi Hendrix biopic Jimi: All Is By My Side, which was filmed in Dublin in 2012, has been released.
The film stars Outkast frontman André Benjamin and follows Hendrix through his early years in New York and London.
It was written and directed by Oscar-winning 12 Years a Slave screenwriter John Ridley and was largely filmed in South Dublin.
The film also stars Hayley Atwell, Imogen Poots, Andrew Buckley and Ruth Negga.
Jimi: All Is By My Side will be released later this year.
