We look at why the Irish population in England and Wales have dropped as the Census reveals a decade of change for the Irish in Britain.
There are now over 110,000 less people in England and Wales who call themselves Irish. The cities London and Birmingham have seen a drop in the number of Irish living there, although Liverpool has bucked the trend and seen an increase in the size of its Irish community.
