THE biggest matchmaking festival in Ireland is in full swing - and this man is eager to find the love of his life.
Penning a raw, honest love letter on the wall of one of Lisdoonvarna's most popular hotels, the Roscommon native is hoping to land himself a "lasting relationship".
The Irishman, who does not want to be named, has been living in Britain since he was a teenager.
Now divorced and with three adult children, he has turned to the traditional matchmaking festival in a bid to find the love of his life.
The festival kicked off earlier this month and has had hundreds of happy matches over its 159 year history.
The lucky lady who responds to his advertisement will have the luxury of sharing his home and car in Britain and will join him on his travels every year.
