Suspected robber Eamon Hannigan charged with impersonating police officer

DETECTIVES in London investigating a series of offences committed by someone impersonating a police officer have charged a man. 

Eamon Hannigan, 46, of no fixed abode, was arrested on Sunday, April 15.

He has since been charged with six counts of robbery, six counts of impersonating a police officer and three counts of fraud.

Hannigan appeared at Thames Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, April 17 and was remanded into custody to appear at Wood Green Crown Court on Tuesday, May 15.
