London's Roses get sporty in county colours for charity Gaelic football game

AS PART of the London Rose Tour 2017, the finalists took part in a charity Gaelic football match at Wormwood Scrubs at the weekend along with players from GAA teams in London.

The girls took part wearing their own county colours and were joined by 2016 London Rose Emma Murphy-O'Connor and 2015 London Rose Aisling Hillary.

Funds raised from the charity match will be donated to Icap and the Southwark Irish Pensioners Project.

The match was followed by drinks and a trad session in O'Donoghue's pub in Shepherds Bush.

This year's London Rose of Tralee selection evening takes place on Friday, May 12 at the Clayton Crown hotel in Cricklewood.
