THAT’S LIMERICK City!
Irish Love Island fans are buzzing today with the reveal that the newest entry to the house is Limerick man Greg O’Shea.
The 24-year-old professional Rugby player recently helped clinch a win for the Irish team in Hong Kong and posted a photo with a heartfelt message to his Instagram page.

☘️Dream come true ☘️ Massive thanks to everyone who put in years of work for this achievement, also to all family and friends who have been there along the way. Many people have contributed and supported throughout the years even if they aren’t around anymore, you know who you are #WorldSeries
Even more exciting is the news that he already has his eye on Irish favourite Maura Higgins from Longford, who joined the villa near the beginning of the 5th series.
Speaking to RTE, Greg said “I’d say me and Maura will hit it off straight away,” as “she’s very naturally funny, and she’s gorgeous as well so you never know.”
But he is eager to keep his options open, adding “I need to get in the villa and see what the story is and who is good craic”.
With Maura currently cracking on with Curtis after a messy, drama-fuelled couple of episodes, it will be interesting to see how the two Irish contestants hit it off—and some fans are already willing the two to get together.
We need Greg to couple up with Maura and end Curtis once and for all. Thanks.

Fans will get the chance to see Greg's entry to the villa on tonight's episode, which airs at 9pm on ITV2.
Whatever happens, the new addition is sure to bring some vitality to the series, which is scheduled to finish at the end of this month.
