Irish author Kevin Barry on IMPAC shortlist

IRISH author Kevin Barry has been shortlisted for the IMPAC Dublin Literary Award, the world's most valuable literary prize.

Barry's debut novel, City of Bohane, is one of 10 books on the shortlist with the winning author set to take home €100,000.

The winner will be announced in June.

The shortlisted titles are:
