GAA CLUBS in Scotland may have their work cut out this season after watching a rival team's latest training video.
Glasgow's Tir Conaill Harps have set out to show their rivals their behind-the-scenes workout regime - but all is not quite as it seems.
After kicking off the day with a cup of tea, several of the squad set off on an 'intense' session of monkey bars, high ropes, star jumps - complete with a comically cheesy soundtrack.
We doubt that the video will strike the fear of God into the players of Glasgow Gaels and Sands MacSwineys GAA clubs for the new season, but the video certainly makes for entertaining viewing.
