PATRICK DEMPSEY has wasted little time in making friends since arriving in Ireland.
The Grey’s Anatomy heartthrob has won plenty of admirers since touching down on the Emerald Isle where he is currently busy filming a sequel to the 2007 Disney romantic comedy Enchanted.
Dempsey is reprising his role for the follow-up, Disenchanted, with fellow original star Amy Adams also returning and currently over in Ireland to work on the movie.
However, right now, the focus is firmly on Dempsey with the 55-year-old whipping up a storm on social media with his exploits exploring his new Irish surroundings.
Maybe it’s because of lockdown or maybe he’s just happy to be back working but Dempsey is soaking up every single second of his trip to Ireland.
Even better still, he’s been sharing his adventures with fans on Instagram.
From walks taking in his breathtaking surroundings to details of his latest running trails, Dempsey appears smitten and the feeling is definitely mutual.
His latest adventure might be the best yet too with the actor striking up a super-cute bond with a local donkey that culminated in a brilliant selfie of the pair together.
Writing alongside the adorable snap, the photogenic star who swooned millions as Dr Dreamy on Grey’s Anatomy, happily posed for the picture with his “new trusty steed.”
It comes hot on the heels of another video that saw Dempsey enjoying a walk around the Irish countryside where he declared: “This place is incredible.”
With filming on Disenchanted taking place across Dundalk, Dublin city, Greystones, Enniskerry and the RDS until August, the American actor has plenty of time to explore the best of Ireland and fans can’t wait to see the results.
