Search is on to find the lucky person in Britain who's yet to claim their £1million Irish National Lottery winnings

A LUCKY Irish Lotto winner has until Saturday to be in with a chance of becoming a millionaire.

The Betfred customer has been identified as a woman, who is in her 40s, and the British bookmakers are in a race against time to track her down.

She has already secured a £75,000 scoop, but if she collects her winnings by the deadline, she can register for the chance to pick a bonus ball in the main draw and potentially win £1million.

Posters have been placed in the shop’s windows on the High Street, Bentley near Doncaster in Yorkshire in a bid to find the woman.

Shop manager Tony Deakin said the woman and her male companion are regular Betfred customers and always visit just after noon on Saturdays.

According to Mr Deakin the woman has a pixie hairstyle and is always accompanied by her friend who is over six foot.

“They look like they are mods by the type of clothes they wear,” he added.

“They always play the Spanish, Irish and New York lotteries and she went for the numbers 29, 6 and 27 bonus balls which all came up. It is already the biggest win ever at our shop.

“Everyone around here is talking about the £75,000 win and now people want her to get on and win a million.

“The couple are obviously creatures of habit and as well as visiting our shop every Saturday, they go to the Bentley Top club which is a workingmen’s club about once a month, but no-one seems to know their names.”

She would need to visit the shop before noon this Saturday in order to claim the substantial winnings.
