A TEENAGER was left playing a bum note after somehow getting an entire harmonica jammed inside her mouth.
High school student Mollie O’Brien from Ontario, Canada, was hospitalised after putting the instrument inside her mouth only to discover to her horror it had become stuck [Insider].
Worse still, she quickly realised that every time she breathed through her mouth, she emitted a comedy harmonica sound.
It quickly became a case of “if you don’t laugh, you’ll cry” with Mollie deciding to share a video chronicling her plight online - much to the amusement of the watching world.
Her story soon became the talk of the internet with the clip of her harmonica-based woes attracting more than seven million views on TikTok.

Thankfully, doctors were able to refer he to a dentist who successfully removed the instrument with few in the way of complications.
Speaking to BuzzFeed several days after the removal, Mollie revealed she had originally placed the harmonica deep inside her mouth in an attempt at entertaining her younger cousin.
Though her actions had the desired effect, she quickly realised she had gone too far – in a development that added a layer of unintentional comedy to proceedings.
Things only got funnier when, after several attempts at trying to remove the harmonica, she was forced to tell her mother what had happened.
Mollie’s mother was apparently not angry, simply disappointed.
