Lionel Richie announces concerts in Dublin and Belfast as part of his Hello! 2020 tour

LIONEL RICHIE is preparing to say 'Hello' to Ireland!

The global superstar, whose career spans six decades, is bringing his Hello! Tour 2020 to both Dublin and Belfast in June following three nights in the Encore Theatre in Las Vegas.

He sold out arenas across the United States with his previous tour All The Hits, All Night Long, with support from Mariah Carey, but this tour will see him travelling further afield.

The outdoor Dublin show will take place in St Anne's Park in the north side of the city on Saturday the 6th of June, so here's hoping Ireland sees a sunny day for the event.

Meanwhile, the Belfast gig on the 6th of June will see Richie perform in Ormeau Park and is set to be his biggest ever gig in the Northern Irish city.

Fans are truly set to be dancing on the ceiling all night long as they celebrate their endless love for the musician.

Tickets go on sale this Friday, 8th November at 9am, and fans will have to be quick because these gigs are sure to sell out fast.
