Located near Macroom in Co. Cork, the three bedroom property is in need of renovation but would be ideal for a hobby farmer or DIY enthusiast.

With a guide price of €100,000, the property will be for sale by public auction at The Castle Hotel, Macroom, Co. Cork on November 24 at 3pm.

Auctioneers Killian Lynch describe the sale of the property - comprising of around 770 square foot of living accommodation - as a rare opportunity to acquire a home in a beautiful area of Ireland and have already had a number of enquiries from potential buyers in Britain.
