British police hunt pair with Irish accents after ‘vulnerable’ pensioner targeted in distraction burglary

POLICE in Britain are hunting two men with Irish accents who targeted a ‘vulnerable’ pensioner during a distraction burglary.

Investigating officers dubbed the crime ‘despicable’ as they made an appeal for witnesses.

“If you are not sure if a cold caller is genuine ask to see some identification of ask their name and a contact number for their company.
