IRISH model and TV star Vogue Williams and boyfriend Spencer matthews are “over the moon” after he popped the question at a performance of The Lion King.
And the model and TV star will be rubbing shoulders with real-life royalty, with fiancé Spencer the brother-in-law of Pippa Middleton, sister of the Duchess of Cambridge.
Williams, who hails from Dublin, took to Instagram on Thursday to show off her new ring after Matthews proposed after the show on Wednesday.
A spokesperson for the pair said: "The couple are absolutely over the moon and thrilled to share their exciting news."
Reality TV star and socialite Matthews revealed the reasoning behind his choice of venue for the proposal.
"The engagement had to be special, and as our first trip away together was to Disneyland Paris, it felt like the perfect fit,” he said.
"The Lion King is also one of the greatest stories of all time, so I figured that having just had a romantic evening watching it, she'd probably say yes!"
Williams was previously married to Westlife star Brian McFadden, the couple tying the knot in a lavish ceremony in Italy in 2012, however they split three years later.
Last year Matthews was best man at his brother James’ wedding, where he married Pippa Middleton, sister of Kate Middleton, the Duchess of Cambridge.
