Gardaí in Tipperary stopped the dangerous driver last night.
Gardaí have appealed for drivers to slow down this bank holiday weekend as one driver was caught speeding on the motorway.
The Garda Traffic Twitter account shared: "Thurles Roads Policing: Driver of this car detected at 183kp/h on the M7
this morning."
The offending driver was arrested and charged with dangerous driving with an upcoming court date.
