Gardaí issue missing persons appeal for County Louth woman Lisa Murphy

GARDAI HAVE issued an urgent appeal for help located Lisa Murphy, who has been missing from the Drogheda area of County Louth since November 11.

The 37-year-old woman was last seen in the Moneymore area of Drogheda in County Louth this past Wednesday.

Both gardai and Lisa’s family are appealing for information and are said to be very concerned about her welfare.

Lisa is described as being 5’5 in height with blonde hair and blue eyes.

Officers are asking for anyone with any leads to come forward immediately.

They are being asked to contact gardai in Drogheda on 041 987 4200 or, if they wish to remain anonymous, via the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111.

A garda spokesperson said: "Gardaí are seeking the public's help in tracing the whereabouts of Lisa Murphy, 37 years, who is missing from the Moneymore area of Drogheda since the 11th November 2020.

"She is described as being approximately 5’ 5”, with blonde hair and blue eyes.

"Gardaí and Lisa's family are very concerned for her welfare and would urge her to make contact.

"Anyone with information on her whereabouts are asked to contact Gardaí in Drogheda on 041 987 4200 or the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111."
