Irish-American nun brands Donald Trump 'the most pro-life President ever' during Republican National Convention

AN IRISH-AMERICAN NUN has described Donald Trump as "the most pro-life President" the United States has ever known.

Sr Diedre 'Dede' Byrne, of the Little Workers of the Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary, took to the podium on Wednesday evening during the Republican National Convention.

She endorsed the President and went on to claim that Trump's "belief in the sanctity of life transcends politics".

Sr Byrne went on to describe Joe Biden and Kamala Harris as "the most anti-life presidential ticket ever", before claiming that the Democratic candidate and his running-mate support infanticide.

"Donald Trump is the most pro-life President this nation has ever had, defending life at all stages," she said.

"President Trump will stand up again Biden-Harris, who are the most anti-life presidential ticket ever, even supporting the horrors of late-term abortions and infanticide.

"Because of his courage and conviction, President Trump has earned the support of America's pro-life community."

Sr Byrne was the latest in a line of eyebrow-raising speeches given so far at the Republican National Convention.

Many of Trump's extended family have given speeches, including the First Lady Melania Trump, his daughter Tiffany and his son Donald's girlfriend Kimberly Guilfoyle, who gave a frighteningly loud speech earlier in the week which attracted much online ridicule.
