The Killers announce second concert at Malahide Castle due to phenomenal demand

THE KILLERS have just delighted fans across the country with the surprise announcement of a second Dublin date.

The Las Vegas-based rock band had previously announced a gig at the iconic Malahide Castle in Dublin for June 16th, and the demand for the tickets were expected to be high, but it seems the Irish public have exceeded expectations as The Killers have now announced a second date!

The band will now take to Malahide Castle on both June 16th and June 17th 2020 in support of their upcoming sixth album, Imploding The Mirage.

Fans can expect to be treated to such iconic tracks such as HumanMr Brightside and Somebody Told Me while surrounded by the scenic countryside of Malahide Castle.

The Killers last played Dublin in 2018 and received a rousing reception-- and as this outdoor venue can host up to 20,000 fans at one time, we can only imagine how mental their rendition of Mr Brightside will be!

But fans will have to be quick if they want to get their hands on these golden tickets-- the general sale went live this morning at 9am, and the June 16th show has already sold out.

Tickets for the second date can be bought on the Ticketmaster website here.
