A 51-YEAR-OLD man has been jailed for 21 months following the crime.
The man filmed himself having sex with his pet Staffordshire bull terrier and kept videos and photos of child pornography and animal pornography.
Nick Tyson was arrested after police found the offending photos and videos on his phone and computer.
The middle-aged man was charged with making indecent images of children, three counts of distributing the images, and one count of possessing extreme pornography.
According to Metro, there were 11 images of a pornographic nature of animals with two of Mr Tyson and his dog Coco.
The remaining videos and photos on Mr Tyson's hard drive were 51 still photos and 83 movies in category A – the most serious category of pornography, 45 still photos and 40 movies in category B and 147 still photos and 27 movies in category C.
Mr Tyson has been sentenced to 21 months imprisonment and has to register on the sex offender's list for the next decade.
