IF you have a flight booked with Ryanair in the next month, you may want to check this list after the Irish airline cancelled as many as 50 flights a day until October 31.
It has been reported that Ryanair has offered to pay bonuses of up to €12,000 to pilots to give up their annual leave entitlements as they attempt to fix what CEO Michael O’Leary himself described as a “mess”.
On Monday, O’Leary apologised “unreservedly” for the cancellations as tens of thousands of passengers see their travel plans thrown into disarray.
Many passengers are reportedly entitled to compensation payouts and other costs, which could cost Ryanair as much as €25m.
