Ireland striker Sammie Szmodics is one of the names nominated for PFA Championship award.
The Blackburn sharpshooter scored 27 goals for Blackburn Rovers last season, and also made his Ireland debut in the same season.
Other notable names that have been included in the shortlist is Chelsea newboy Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall. Dewsbury-Hall joined the London side from Leicester City this summer. His 12 goals and 14 assists helped Leicester win the Championship title last season.
