New Irish writers tackle culture in Camden

EMERGING Irish writers will take part in a discussion entitled ‘Counterparts’ exploring Irish culture at the London Irish Centre on April 25. 

New writing talent reading and speaking at the event include 31-year-old David McGrath, whose debut Rickshaw is out in early May.

McGrath graduated with an MA in Creative & Life Writing from Goldsmiths University in 2012 and lives in London. 

Irish-born Annemarie Neary, based in Clapham Common is a novelist and short story writer.

Her British debut Siren will be published in spring 2016, with another novel to follow in 2017.

Author Danny Denton, originally from Cork, competes the line-up.
