A HOST of Irish bands have been announced British dates, including The Script who will kick off a British arena tour starting in Glasgow on February 20 next year.
The tour will see the Dublin three-piece play huge arena shows in cities all over Britain from Newcastle to Manchester with two closing shows in London’s O2 in March next year.
Good news too for Irish act Girl Band. The four piece rock band from Dublin made up of Dara Kiely, Alan Duggan, Daniel Fox and Adam Faulkner recently signed to Domino and have confirmed London dates.
They play Shapes in London on October 16 and at the Night and Day Café in Manchester on October 17. Their début album is expected out in 2015.
Finally, this November hotly-tipped Dingle band Walking On Cars will tour Britain starting at the 02 Academy in Leicester on November 6 and finishing in London on November 27.
