How to keep fit and healthy with these six useful tips

4. Do not underestimate the power of berocca! A great way to kick-start the day, especially when it’s cold outside, is to have a vitamin packed drink.

5. It may sound obvious but stay away from ill people and always carry trusty hand sanitiser to kill off those germs.
