An Post announces deadlines for sending letters and parcels domestically and abroad this Christmas

AN POST has done an incredible job throughout the pandemic.

From delivering essential groceries to organising check-ins with the elderly and vulnerable, they have gone above and beyond to help friends and families stay connected while remaining apart.

Now An Post’s dedicated staff are facing the busiest period of the year. A time when loved ones will be sending packages and letters to those who can’t be with them over Christmas.

Maybe it’s a simply card to someone on the other side of Ireland. Alternatively, it could be a package destined for a family member living abroad.

Whatever the case, An Post has now published the deadlines for handing over these cherished tokens of affection in time to ensure they reach that special someone in time for December 25.

Here’s everything you need to know.

Republic of Ireland
