A BELFAST man who took part in a threesome with a porn actor on the London Underground has been handed a community order.
Nicholas Mullan, 24, and his former partner George Mason, 35, had sex with a third man in front of passengers in July 2017.
Mason, of Southwark, filmed the incident, which was posted to a Twitter account linked to him in February 2018, reports BBC News.
Someone who saw the video on Twitter reported the incident to police.
Mason admitted outraging public decency and was fined £1,000 at Westminster Magistrates’ Court.
Mullan was ordered to pay £170 in costs and carry out a 12-month community order.
The third man involved in the incident, which occurred between Leicester Square and Waterloo, has not been traced.
