Couple discovers ‘human tooth’ in their Chinese takeaway

A BRITISH couple bit off a little more than they could chew after discovering what they claim is a human tooth in their Chinese takeaway.

Stephanie McDonough and her partner were left with an altogether different kind of toothache after coming across what looks like a rogue chomper in their Chinese pork curry.

The couple agreed that what they had found was not only a fully-formed gnasher but also undoubtedly of human extraction.

However, when they contacted Newtown Cantonese Takeaway to complain, they were told the tooth was not, in fact, a tooth but more likely a bit of animal gristle or perhaps even hardened onion.

Keen to get a second opinion, Stephanie took to Facebook with images of the offending item.

“DO NOT USE NEWTOWN CHINESE WORCESTER!!!” she wrote alongside the images.

“Trying to say it’s just gristle from the pork then said it could be from the onion, UHM ITS A F****** TOOTH.”:

McDonough went on to reveal she had yet to receive an apology from the restaurant.

She also claimed the takeaway had only offered a partial refund for the “contaminated food” adding.

The couple have contacted environmental health and have frozen the offending curry, alleged tooth and all, for further analysis.

The alleged discovery is reminiscent of a previous story detailing how one woman discovered an entire chicken head in her takeaway curry.

It's enough to put you off takeaways for life.

Well, almost.
