The shots were fired on September 20.
Gardaí are appealing for witnesses in relation to an incident in Chapel Gate, Glenheights Road, Ballyvolane, Cork that occurred on Thursday night 20th September, 2018 at approximately 10.30p.m.
Gardaí were called to an incident of shots being discharged at a man (40 years) who was out walking his dog. This man was uninjured and escaped into a house for safety.
