School principal makes brilliant 'U Can't Touch This' parody video to explain Covid-19 rules to returning students

A HIGH SCHOOl principal has thought of an ingenious way to teach his students about the new Covid-19 regulations as they return to school.

Parodying MC Hammer's famous 'U Can't Touch This', Dr Quentin Lee, who is head of Childersburg High School in Alabama, has written and starred in a music video to show kids the ropes during the 'new normal'.

He goes around the school, hilariously pointing out the things students aren't allowed to touch, like drinking fountains and photocopiers.

Not only does he coherently and concisely explain the new regulations on the likes of social distancing and temperature checking, but he properly shows his dance moves too - which are, it's fair to say, not half bad.

"It was just something fun, something innovative to really meet the kids where they are," Dr Quentin told CNN.

"They will never forget this moment that we learned all of our CDC guidelines from MC Hammer.

"As a principal, we're not often thought as of being creative or having fun.

He added: "Laughter is medicine for the soul. We were able to offer a message of hope during the middle of a pandemic, and brighten days."
