A SOCIAL media influencer has taken to selling tubs of her used bathwater online for $30 (€26.59) a pop.
British Instagram star Belle Delphine boast an impressive 3.9 million followers on the social media platform.
A popular figure in the world of gaming, the 19-year-old has made headlines with her latest business venture “GamerGirl Bath Water” which she insists has been “bottled while (she’s) playing in the bath”.
The used bathwater has been sold via Delphine’s personal website and is proving a hit with fans – even if it does come with a rather strange warning.
“Disclaimer: This water is not for drinking and should only be used for sentimental purposes,” she writes online.
Though the idea has sparked widespread revulsion and disgust online.
“Anyone who pays anything for this is the definition of pathetic,” one critic wrote.
“People reaching new levels of stupid I see,” another said, with a third simply stating: “This is sad.”
Despite the criticism surrounding the business venture, it would appear that the idea has gone down well with her fans.
Delphine has already sold out of the used bathwater though she has confirmed that more is on the way very soon.
