Ireland's Katie McCabe has been included in the 2022/23 UEFA Women's Champions League Team of the Season. McCabe has been rewarded for her fine form for Arsenal in the competition this year.
McCabe is the Arsenal entry in the team. Champions League finalists Barcelona have six players in the XI, while defeated finalists Wolfsburg have four in the team.
In January, the left back was linked with a move to Women's Super League champions Chelsea, but the move never materialized and she's performed admirably for Arsenal.

On the international front, McCabe is more than likely going to be included in Vera Pauw's side for the upcoming Tallaght friendlies against Zambia on June 22 and France on July 6.
Pauw will announce the training camp squad this coming Friday.
After the games this month, Ireland will then play a friendly against Colombia on July 14 in Brisbane.
Finally, Ireland will then take on co-hosts Australia in Sydney on July 20 in their first World Cup group.
