NORTHERN IRELAND and Republic of Ireland fans can apply for tickets to next summer’s European Championships in France as of today.

The Republic have been drawn into Group E where they will take on Belgium, Sweden, and Italy, while Northern Ireland will face Germany, Poland and Ukraine in Group C.

UEFA have confirmed ticket applications for all games commenced via their website at 11am on Monday, December 14, with a maximum of four per person available.

The deadline to apply is January 18 at 11am and successful applicants will begin to receive notification from UEFA in February.

There are three different ticket types: Accessibility Tickets, Single Tickets, and Follow My Team Tickets, and four different categories of tickets made available for each game.

At the time of application, fans will be required to provide his/her first name, surname, date of birth, gender, country of residence and nationality, telephone number, email address, passport number, postal address, up-to-date credit card details and FAI account number.

Unsuccessful applicants will be notified approximately three weeks after successful applicants as more tickets could become available following the first round of tickets being offered.

First up for the Republic will be the meeting with Sweden on June 13 in Stade de France, St Denis followed by the clash with Belgium in Stade de Bordeaux on June 18, and then against Italy in Stade Pierre Mauroy, Lille on June 22.

Northern Ireland, meanwhile, will begin their campaign on June 12 against Poland in Nice, before taking on Ukraine on June 16, finishing off the group in Paris against Germany on June 21
