THE first official picture of Jamie Dornan as the playboy billionaire Christian Grey has been released.
The Northern Irish actor, 32, is seen behind the wheel of his Audi R8 wearing a leather jacket and a brooding expression in the 50 Shades of Grey movie still, which was released in celebration of Grey’s fictional birthday.
Dornan will star in the lead in the forthcoming S&M romance, alongside Dakota Johnson, who plays infatuated schoolgirl, Anastasia Steele.
A promotional poster was unveiled earlier this year and served as a teaser to fans by featuring a suited Dornan with his back to the camera, facing a high-rise office window.
The film adaptation of EL James’ bestselling erotic novel is due to be released in the UK on Valentine’s Day next year.
