LONDON'S Hard Rock Cafe was the venue for Galway girl Rita Gilligan's book launch last night, as friends and family gathered to honour the most famous rock 'n' roll waitress in the world.
'The Rock and Roll Waitress at the Hard Rock Cafe' is the story of Rita's journey from being one of the first waitresses at the Hard Rock Cafe in London in 1971 to becoming the cultural ambassador of one of history's most iconic American style restaurants.
