Wexford shop goes viral with the most hilariously Irish ads you've ever seen

A DEPARTMENT store in Wexford has earned thousands of new fans online thanks to a series of hilarious and unmistakably Irish video adverts.

Smyths Arro boasts a wide range of departments covering everything from homewares to bathroom fittings.

However, it's the shop's garden department that is currently drawing the crowds thanks to a series of amusing video adverts posted to Facebook.

Fronted by Smyths Arro employee and star-in-the-making Dermot, the videos have attracted thousands of views since they first grabbed the public's attention back in March.

They invariably feature Dermot promoting the shop's latest line of products while displaying plenty in the way of Irish charm.

Dermot never misses a trick either, injecting humour into almost every situation, big and small.

Showcasing the store's new range of garden tools, at one point he even quips "these hoes ain't loyal…" - much to the amusement of his fans.

"Good man Dermot l love your Ads lol you're not set," one fan comments.

"They are brilliant. Yer a howl Dermot. I love your ads," another adds.

A social media star is born.
