A MAN in his 50’s has died after his car crashed into a tree in Co. Louth yesterday.
The incident occurred when the man’s car left the road in the Townparks area of Ardee, Co. Louth at around 5.30 pm.
Gardai have confirmed that the man was alone in the car at the time of the crash and that no other vehicles were involved.
The road has now reopened following a forensic examination and gardai are investigating.
