The recipe could not be simpler. Take three large coups of vanilla ice cream, one scoop of heavy cream, half a teaspoon of peppermint extract and six drops of green food colouring. Mix together either by hand or preferably in a blender.
Once smooth, pour into a glass or container of your choice and top with whipped cream. Serve and enjoy.
