Missing Irishman Damien Houlihan on his way home to Ireland after being found at Gatwick Airport

MISSING Irishman Damien Houlihan has been found at London's Gatwick Airport.

Last week The Irish Post reported that Mr Houlihan had gone missing and was believed to be in Britain.

But today, the Houlihan family confirmed that the Irishman was found yesterday evening at Gatwick Airport and is on his way home to Ireland.

The 40-year-old left Co Cork nearly three weeks ago without his phone but with some cash and his bank cards.

His family discovered he was in Britain after his bank cards were used in first London, then in Brighton.

Mr Houlihan is originally from Adare, Co. Limerick and has been working and living in Cork for the last number of years.
