A high temperature warning has been issued for the Emerald Isle.
The warning was originally issued by Met Éireann on Monday June 25 but was updated at 9:57 on June 28.
The high temperature warning is valid until Friday 29 June 2018 21:00.
The maximum temperatures this evening are to hit between 27 and 30 degrees Celsius and will continue to occur widely on Friday, in excess of 30 degrees in places.
