IRISH viewers are in for a treat on Saturday night as Niall Horan will perform with the RTE Orchestra in a one-off programme.
The programme will be broadcast on RTE One at 6.55pm, and will feature a selection of songs from his debut solo No.1 album ‘Flicker’.
Filmed in RTE’s iconic Radio 1 studio last month, 45 members of the famous Orchestra joined the former One Direction star to perform the songs.
Niall has sold over 70 million records as part of One Direction and has toured the globe numerous times.
His debut Platinum single This Town, released in 2016, sold more than 4.6 million track equivalent units globally with the follow up, ‘Slow Hands’, selling over 6.9 million.
In October 2017, Niall released his debut solo albumFlicker. On release, the album hit #1 in Ireland and the United States and went to #1 on iTunes in a staggering 61 countries. It has since gone on to sell over 2 Million albums worldwide and be streamed over 2 Billion times and been certified double platinum in Ireland.
